Reading some of the unhappy customers cuz numbers fell off, I too experienced some of your same complaints, but I found that after purchasing the swing away unit my problems ended. What I believe was the problem is not being able to judge the pressure more carefully made the difference, also knowing what film is best for the material and wearability of what your project needs. Believe me, I made many mistakes and had a huge learning curve, but learned how helpful stahls staff is on advice of what I needed has paid off. I recently purchased their fashion film and some jobs went great and one went terribly wrong, numbers started falling off shirt during soccer practice just by the shirt being sweaty. I contacted Stahls, I told them what had happened.

I let them know I wanted to make the right thing for my client (who I'm absolutely embarrassed with). Asked if a different product would be best and I would return all I have so they can test it and in the mean time for them to send me numbers and vinyl to replace what I originally got but they refused. If I wanted to try a different option I would have to purchase that. Is that what they call good customer service??? When obviously I was sent product that did not work at all??? So extremely disappointed. Never giving them my business again.
