I just have my mother in law in the phone. Solitaire won´t work:-) She clicks the icon, but it just hang there and doing nothing. In the job list I ould find solitaire.exe as if it was running, but in the program list it was stated as temporary stopped. At the same time her Mcafee Antivirus was outdated. They wanted money. I Choose to start with the Mcafee challenge, and installed insted a free version of AVG, then I uninstalled Mcafee.

After that, and a restart, solitaire works fine again. It could be something with security settings in your antivirus program. Just a hunch based on my experience. I wish MS would fix this problem.
When I click on MS Solitaire, acts like it going to open with flash of blue screen then nothing. I had this problem before and only fix was complete clean install. Then it work for a month of Feb. Now at the just into March the Solitaire has went south. I have not install any new software or anti-virus before the problem started. Uninstalling and re-install does not solve the problem.

Before I lost Solitaire; other problem of signing. The program couldn't find my login information then timer pop on and just lockup the program, the only fix was to turn off Solitaire. I am insider on the fast ring, Solitaire was working after the last update. I complete lost on how to fix a program which I have to make a payment, but I like the daily challenges.
